I haven’t tried this yet but it looks like a nice addition if you plan on typing documents while on the go. For emails and instant messaging I don’t think it is necessary because you will want to be holding the unit all the time and tapping on the screen to navigate from message to message.
Does any one have this? If so do you like it?
This tip is for all Smartphones and the PlayBook.

Here is a nice article that explains how to switch devices. I would make sure to make a backup of your current device first. Also, I only plug in one BlackBerry at a time to make sure I don’t pick the wrong one.
This is a really nice browser on the iPhone, so I tried it on the PlayBook to see if I could recommend it over the native browser. The features are great, but it is running in the Android player so for now the performance isn’t high enough to make it better than using the regular browser. I’ll keep an eye on it but can’t recommend using it yet.
RIM offers this free app and service that automatically backs up the data on your BlackBerry as often as you feel you need (mine is set to once per week). I don’t need to sync my BB that often so with this app I know that the changes I make on the fly to my address book and calendar will get backed up. I highly recommend that you take advantage of this service.
